الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead the technical team to manage delivery of CR's and Strategic Projects related to Retail Core Banking applications such as Retail Core ,Branch front end and all Retail Satellite applications
- Support Business Team to understand and prioritize their requirements, explore and explain alternative options and translate them into technical specifications
- L3- Production System Support - assign the L3 issues to the team and ability engage himself for code debugging /vendor co-ordination to address L3 issues
- Manage SIT and UAT in-coordination with Business
- Direct involvement in preparation of BRD ,Impact assessment and system design and overseeing the entire SDLC cycle of any change requests
- Co-ordination & follow up with the vendor . Support BTH on budgeting and IT strategy building
- Engagement in Core Banking Transformation Project
- Conduct internal training within the team and new resource to share the knowledge about the systems
