Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Analyze reports and market activity.
• Create weekly dashboards for channel reporting.
• Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and reporting all metrics to internal, external senior management.
• Handling internal technical issues with the support team.
• Daily market review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discpline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience, preferred in call center reporting, workforce, insight team, or any similar function.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access preferred to have a knowledge of power bi (prove of knowledge required).
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbally and written).
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to discretely handle sensitive and confidential information.
