Lead -Build & Release Engineer

Provide technical, manufacturing, supplier development and management, and execution support for all components. Navigate roadblocks/hurdles: Bracket mounting component teams. Pack Integration Teams.

• Support requirements roll-down from Battery Pack SSTS requirements

• Develop requirements for new components and support CTS template development

• Provide technical, manufacturing, supplier development and management, and execution support for all components

• Navigate roadblocks/hurdles:

• Bracket mounting component teams

• Pack Integration Teams

• Suppliers

• Other teams outside of RESS

• Key point of contact for leadership communication on progress and required decisions

• Key point of contact between RESS teams and other teams

• Harmonize strategy across all programs and ensure logical divergence when necessary

• Support CAE sealing development and capability growth

• Technical problem decomposition and failure mode identification for CAE

• Ensure test goals and outcomes are clear and communicated across programs

• Read-across learnings across all programs

• Support TS/BFO with BOD/BOM development and documentation

• Lead de-coupled projects – work with Advanced/NPG on future technologies

• Actively participate in Product Management Team

• Support and occasionally Lead Product Development Team(s)

• Support supplier quality assurance process

• Support warranty issue resolution

• Support Technical Specialist in establishing component/system requirements

• Participate in work groups with interactive/interfacing hardware/software teams as required

• Travel as required
