Electrical Technical office engineer (fire alarm & low Current)

Job Description

Core Duties:

1. Preparing and sending all technical proposals, quotations and offers to meet company and potential client expectations.
2. Follow the bidding and technical offer preparation process and Follow up withclient through many actions like phone, email or chat during tender preparation process or offers evaluation, coordinating clarifications, negotiations and responses till issue is solved and achieve client or consultant requirements. (client - consultant)
3. Study projects specifications and find a solution of suitable design preparation time, within offers preparation time frame except case of need to site survey, in case of issue happened will inform by email.
4. Preparing of prequalification documents and detailed reviewing of tender booklets, bid specifications or inquiry documents to understand client`s requirements and identifying project scope.
5. Handling and designing through standards (codes or catalogues) in multiple projects.
6. liaise and supervise the electrical team in technical office and site.

Job Requirements

• Tendering and AutoCAD experience is a must.
• Cairo-Alexandria residents only , near at Sheraton is preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in contracting field. (Fire protection systems is a must)
• full knowledge of fire alarm systems and brands.
• Leadership and flexibility skills.
