Credit Control coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and direct Credit control and Receivables teams daily operations,
• Ensure training and development, review, appraise and manage staff performance.
• Manage and ensure collection of all receivables of the Company within agreed limits, period and as per Company credit / collection policy and credit control targets.
• Oversee and direct periodical reconciliation of client, broker, insurance companies and other receivables accounts.
• Oversee the processing of all commission settlement.
• Co-ordinate with Clients and Internal departments and resolve queries relating to receivables transactions.
• Liaise with Brokers, Clients and Insurance companies and arrange collection of outstanding premiums within agreed credit period.
