الوصف الوظيفي
- Send the Weekly safety report to Plant Manager and concerned parties.
- Supervise and regulate the tasks of the plant service team and the cleaning team.
- Monitor the plants and facilities to spot near misses & non-adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), misconduct and report the same.
- Coordinate with supervisors and concerned people schedule various training sessions for the workers.
- Ensure the availability of proper PPE as per required specifications.
- Coordinate/follow up with Maintenance for maintenance related jobs that would impact safety.
- Coordinate/follow up with Supervisors and clinic in case of an accident and investigate for root cause. Prepare a detailed investigation report with photos and suggest remedial corrective / preventive actions.
- Create safety courses that are directly related to jobs in the plant.
- Produce Monthly safety report/presentation and present the same in the monthly safety meeting with all stakeholders.
