- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
- Establish marketing intelligence to get adopt latest technologies and capture opportunities.
- Establishing division goals, aligned with the group goals.
- Overseeing the division business operations, sales and financial performance.
- Ensuring division policies and legal guidelines are in place and clearly communicated.
- Assessing, managing, and resolving day to day challenges and problems.
- Directing the activities of the business while ensuring bottom-line profitability
- Search and connect with partners to launch new products and services.
- Establishing Sales strategy and go-to-market plans for the new products/services.
- Designing and implementing different sales promotional activities.
- Monitoring and tracking of sales activities and major deals.
- Searching, connecting, and engaging with resellers, major customers, and strategic partners.
