الوصف الوظيفي
- Greet, receive, and escort visitors
- Coordinate travel for senior-level individuals using the Defense Travel Service (DTS) website
- Screen and log telephonic and verbal communications, maintain calendars and schedules for senior-level individuals, and maintain calendars and schedules for multiple conference rooms.
- Support establishing and scheduling Video teleconference and telephone bridges
- Coordinate Periodic Status Reviews (PSRs), conferences, and work groups.
- Maintain organizational correspondence and documentation, staff and track paper and electronic documents to completion of intended actions and maintain paper and electronic files IAW Army Records Information Management System.
- Support all meetings, e.g., Council of Colonels meetings and other stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare and edit organizational correspondence, prepare briefings, electronic media, to ensure proper message is communicated.
- Prepare and review briefings for content to ensure accuracy, completeness and relevance for the target audience to major stakeholders to the Army.
- Maintain and update organizational records and current organizational charts as required.
