الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist the Head of the Department in the day to day supervision of the Research team. * Assume primary responsibility for collection and analysis of data on KSA real estate market. * Become the ‘go to’ person for external and internal enquiries in respect of KSA real estate market. * Responsible for delivery of agreed ‘thought leadership’ program of reports on KSA and broader MENA real estate markets. * Promote external awareness of JLL with clients and media through writing reports, articles and conference presentations in support of the firm’s business development objectives. * Oversight and quality control of quarterly reports on regional markets (Jeddah, Riyadh, Mecca and Medina). * Contribute MENA sections for JLL regional and global publications. * Support existing data manager to extend and enhance databases currently used to collect information on the real estate markets and ensure that this information is updated in a regular and consistent manner. * Management of interns in Riyadh office * Undertake specific research in support of client assignments
