- Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of the company s offerings br Research consumer needs and identifies how company solutions meet them br Hire train motivate and advise a team of sales representatives br Achieve company objectives through effective planning setting sales goals analyzing performance data and projecting future performance br Continuously develop personal leadership hiring and training skills while ensuring the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives br Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships br Daily and Monthly Responsibilities br Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
