Design an effective HSE strategy to assure that factory operations and on-site services run in a safe environment andrespect the local and clients HSE regulations.
Serves as a change agent within the Operating Unit leadership team as well as within the Hub BU ContinuousImprovement function. Continually challenges conventional thinking and drive accountability for Operating Unitoperational results including lead time, inventory, cost etc.
Ensure that the LBU has the necessary HSE culture to achieve its short, medium and long term business plans withoutserious incidents
HSE process integration to guarantee the business continuity of the LBU. Carry out safety risk assessment, SOT/audits,investigate accidents and root causes, introduce and supervise corrective actions based on SOT/audit findings.
Closely monitors the Lead Operating Model maturity scorecards and develop actions to lead factories / sites throughmaturity phases.
Define and monitor of HSE trainings for factory and on-site staff.
Monitor, coordinate and measure performance, and report on HSE activities throughout the organization
Design HSE campaigns
Lead mass Tool Box Talk on required special event. Develop and sustain the HSE Management System for the LBU andmaintain the ISO standards achieved on the Country level
Lead weekly LBU HSE broadcasting, delivering safety topics and messages to the whole site installations/commissioningand the service teams.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, HSE) or Master of
Science in Engineering or similar.
With minimum experience of 5 years in HSE
NEBOSH, IOSH, NVQ qualification
