الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage the Training function to ensure all training delivered to both PC and RSAF personnel is to an acceptable standard.
- Manage the FWD MAINT Tool store function to ensure airworthiness standards are maintained by reviewing and implementing tool control processes.
- Manage the FWD MAINT in use POL store function to ensure airworthiness standards are maintained.
- Manage the FWD MAINT Data Management Cell function to ensure airworthiness standards are maintained by adherence to the use of approved data, ESS, TQ generation and responses IAW the RFL and associated approved data.
- Identifying any training deficiencies for personnel within their area of responsibility.
- Manage the Transport Controller and the Administration and Audit Support Co-ordinator to ensure standards are maintained.
- Assist the Forward Safety and Quality Support Leader in SHE activities across the FWD MAINT as required.
- Manage Authorisation activities within the Forward Maintenance operational function with the overall task and responsibility of achieving established targets.
