About Allegro Staffing
We are Allegro - a largest online marketplace of European origin, currently operating in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. Right now, our plan is to continue our growth - therefore, we are looking for a new colleague who is going to bring new merchants to our platforms via cooperation with large retail and e-commerce players on the Czech market.
This position is a unique blend of Sales/Key Account Management and Marketing, and as such represents a great opportunity for a Senior Sales Professional with some background in Marketing or Advertising, who is looking for a new step in their career.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Establish partnership cooperation with big companies relevant to our business (e-commerce) on the Czech, Slovak and other markets to generate interest and motivation of these partners with the goal of gaining new merchants (sellers) on Allegro
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new business partners
- Executing the sales plan - acquiring new Partners, managing ongoing cooperation with the existing Parter portfolio
- Planning and implementing joint acquisition campaigns on the client’s side (with the help of other teams) designed to generate new seller registrations on Allegro
- Assess various ideas for campaigns, prioritize and conceptualize them - drive them from concept to implementation
- Engage internal stakeholders ,such as legal, marketing, and customer experience teams, to prepare and finalize execution of various campaigns and project initiatives
- Continuously drive new incremental growth of the business (partnerships, new revenue streams, etc.)
What do you need to have to be successful?
- Native/proficient level of Czech (C1-C2), fluent English (C1)
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Key Account Management, ideally selling marketing/advertising services to corporate clients
- You are a great Sales person: you thrive in hunting new clients, chasing new business opportunities, and closing a deal feels extremely rewarding to you
- You are a great Key Account Manager: you have a proven success record in driving your client's KPIs and coordinating cooperation with the customers and implementing projects in cooperation with your clients
- Great communication as well as negotiation skills: you will put use to them every day
- Analytical skills: you can quickly assess potential partnerships and whether they will be worth it
- Organizational skills: you need to plan a marketing campaign roadmap and implement it timely to meet your targets
- Independence and proactiveness: you will be a part of a team responsible for acquiring new merchants. You will be responsible for partnerships in Czech, Slovak as well as other markets
- Experience in e-commerce, online advertising or marketing services
- Basic knowledge of marketing communication
