Job Description
- Support sales team activities
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain sales and customer records
- Prepare sales performance reports
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Support marketing related activities
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to continuously improve sales department performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function within the industrial
sector. - Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Customer Oriented
- Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
