Our client, an international company based in Dammam, is currently looking for Business Development Director (Saudi national). In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Achieve area specific account goals as defined by the management
- Develop supporting tactics to grow our percentage of new products sold in Saudi Arabia within oil and gas sector
- Support the business units in the rapid approval of new product introductions
- Ensure all CRM opportunities are proactively managed with timeline updates and assigned tasks
- Measure CRM win/loss rates and ensure lost sales root cause is correctly captured.
- Maintain visibility of market intelligence, rig activity and future projects
- Maintain our customer contact data base in CRM to measure and monitor key customer engagement
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A degree of any related course, preferably a master degree holder
- With minimum 5 years of business development experience, of which 2 years in a senior management level
- Should have worked within oil and gas sector
- Have worked with ARAMCO and any of its subsidiaries
- Willing to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Must be a Saudi national
