Job Description
- Focal point for technical interactions with customers and service companies in the region.
- Promotes, recommends our products, materials & connections.
- Gives technical presentations and participate in technical discussions.
- Leads all efforts in the region regarding Repair Shops and Field Service.
- Supports the introduction of new products and technical services.
- Promotes the products in trade shows and conferences.
- Helps decide which product to promote in the area.
- Provides technical support to tenders.
- Creates and maintains a relationship or trust discovers and solves customer’s technical problems.
- Provides Technical advice on connections and material selection.
- Participates in solving claims.
