Support daily customer inquiries, providing solutions and keep clear record in CRM system 2. Assist cusromer to complete all necessary document for audit as well as collect all supporting document
Support marketing events, customer seminars or visit tour
Any other tasks as determined by management from time to time
Complete daily and weekly report on time, and provide performance analysis or action plan based on daily work
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Fluent in Arabic and English is a plus.
More than one-year experience in customer service or ride hailing industry is preferred.
Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills.
Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
