Job Description
- Analyze cost of raw materials (Cost of goods sold)
- Conduct inventory reserve analysis on a periodic basis and generate reports for senior management
- Prepare Journal entries manually or by initiation electronic creation trough software program Prepare monthly/quarterly & Annual cost forecast
- Assist the staff accountant with suggesting changes to policies & procedures to increase cash flow
- Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price Maintain vendor and service provider relationships
