Job Description
In the position of Legal Counsel, the employee’s day-to-day role will be supporting the Lahore office on the following tasks:
.
Draft customer contracts on behalf of YDE Pakistan, including but not limited to customer agreements, NDA’s, EPC contracts
.
Support other departments with negotiating contracts and issues that arise with projects in Pakistan
.
Identify risks and propose alternative structures to mitigate risks involved in potential transactions
.
Coordinate with external counsel on contracts and legal matters that arise
.
Research legal issues and local laws that impact YDE Pakistan
