Job Description
- Ensure staff understand and implement best practice/project models/approachesIdentify and work with Operations/P C to build the capacities of staff, particularly Health specialist staffIdentify and work with partner organizations to improve their capacity to implement quality Health interventions
- Ensure compliance with donor, grant, technical standards and budgets
- Provide technical input and recommendations in the procurement process for Health services and materials
- Coordination, Networking, Fundraising
- Represent at Health sector coordination/donor meetings
- Build relationships with other Health actors, UN, Donor Representatives, other NGOs
- Seek opportunities to collaborate with other organizations in both coordination, learning, and programing
- Network with other WV entities, particularly around best practices, technical approaches, and resource acquisition
