1. Seeking new locations and real estate opportunities in line with expansion plans.
2. Real estate market awareness.
3. Ensure successful leasing deals.
4. Ensure the best contract terms and conditions.
5. Focusing on all real estate financial impact .
6. Reports development, including integration with other departments.
7. Communicate professional presentation of allocated space, tenant mix, city and area key plan and the expected customer profile to the BU heads to ensure feasibility studies for the related stores.
8. Foster and strengthen relationships with the landlords and Mall Management Teams
9. Re-negotiating rental terms and conditions for existing property
10. Work as per the system implemented (Physical & Software work flow) to improve the efficiency of the deprt.
