Job Description
- Verifiable leadership skills and experience in financial management
- Track record and experience in accounting, consolidation, processing of revenues and
- expenditures, costing and controls
- IFRS and IAS practical knowledge and experience
- Financial modelling skills
- Budgeting, standard costing and variance analysis experience
- Audit, Compliance and Governance experience
- MIS design experience
- Debt management, analyzing existing facilities structures, hedging, cash flow management & treasury management
- Documentation and control experience
- NBFI industry experience and thorough knowledge of SAMA rules
- Proven record as a mentor for appropriate succession planning and knowledge transfer and
- last but not least
- Proven hands on experience
