Participate in reviewing, developing and updating regularly the organization charts to serve the company operations and strategic objectives.
Handle the job design activities.
Participate in preparing the company authority matrix.
Participate in preparing the company policies and procedures.
Prepare and develop the job satisfaction surveys.
Suggest business and manpower optimization solutions which include technical and soft skills training programs, re-structuring activities, employees’ vertical and horizontal movement across the organization.
Conduct the job enrichment and job enlargement activities to foster the adopted flexible operation model.
Calculate the return on investment ratios to guarantee improving the organizational performance.
Manage the new staff orientation and induction process.
Submit regular reports to the management in regards to the organization development activities.
Suggest initiatives that enhance the company employer branding.
Liaise with the management to improve the work culture and internal environment.
Participate in implementing the retention and loyalty programs.
Supervise conducting an efficient performance appraisal process.
Supervise the employees’ career management activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree (Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration).
HR certification is a must (Minimum HR Diploma) from a reputed institute plus other studies in organization development field.
5-7 years of experience in same position.
ERP and HRIS knowledge will be an absolute advantage.
Excellent MS skills.
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
