Evaluate offender and family needs and provide the case management services and/or make the proper referrals.
Contact institutional departments in order to answer offender questions.
Act as a liaison between prospective employers, courts, community, and governmental agencies for the purpose of job development and release adjustment.
Prepare case studies and offender progress notes to include parole agreements, temporary absences, and incident reports.
Adhere to the re-entry policy to ensure all Quality Assurance job tasks are completed in a timely manner
