The job position is for a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist in Grand Forks ND.
The contract duration is for 13 weeks with a start date as soon as possible.
The pay rate is $3365 per week.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 311pm; Thursday to Wednesday 11pm7am; Saturday to Sunday 7pm7am 36 hours per pay period; and a day shift from Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
The job involves educating patients about the radiology procedure and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
The technologist will perform all radiographic procedures and patient monitoring.
Responsibilities include understanding and applying Computer Radiology (CR) and Digital Radiography (DR) principles reviewing images for quality and completeness preparing and administering IV and oral contrast under the direction of a Radiologist/Radiologist Assistant providing patient care and education performing pain assessments and completing all Epic Processes.
The technologist may be assigned other duties as per the needs of the department/organization.
Certifications required include an ND Medical Imaging License Radiographer certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
A temporary ND license will be accepted prior to the start date.
