Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with expertise in US staffing to join our team in Madhapur Hyderabad. This is a 100% onsite role requiring a handson leader who can manage HR functions related to US staffing processes compliance with US regulations and employee management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the US staffing industry and be willing to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
Please note: This role does not include cab facility. The selected candidate must arrange their own commute.
Key Responsibilities:-
US Staffing Operations:
- Oversee and manage HR functions specific to US staffing ensuring compliance with US labor laws employment standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to US staffing needs.
- Support the recruitment team in screening onboarding and employee engagement for USbased positions.

Compliance & Process Management:
- Ensure adherence to US employment laws including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal/state regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in US staffing regulations and implement necessary updates in processes.
- Manage employee documentation and contracts to ensure compliance with US requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact for employees working on USbased projects addressing queries related to payroll benefits and policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns and promoting employee wellbeing.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Night Shift Management:
- Coordinate HR activities and processes during night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Provide ongoing support and address operational issues as they arise during night operations.

Training & Development:
- Organize training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of US staffing procedures and compliance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on US staffing processes and compliance.
- Indepth knowledge of US labor laws employment practices and staffing industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage endtoend HR operations for USbased projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR tools and software systems.
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Madhapur Hyderabad.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts to align with US time zones.
- No cab facility is provided; the candidate must arrange their own commute.
