Job Overview
HR Partner and primary pointofcontact to managers and supervisors typically below Director level and employees. Delivers on HR strategies and solutions to support short and long term period business goals. Effectively navigates the HR organization to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of HR services to meet Business needs. Internal coach to managers supervisors and local leadership. Supports and operationalizes core HR processes.

- Builds strong working relationships underpinned by trust credibility and respect with business supervisors.
- Seeks to understand business strategies and supports development and delivery of short and longterm people strategies and agendas.
- Supports the development of HR initiatives and priorities.
- Brokers HR COE solutions and services to meet business needs.
- Oversees local implementation of global and standardized HR processes.
- Supports BU execution of core HR process including Talent Management Development and Performance.
- Actively involved in the recruitment development growth and retention of talent.
- Applies consistency and fairness in adherence to regulations compliance laws policies procedures and issue escalation.
- All other duties as needed or assigned.
- Degree
- 58 Years of HR experience.
- Advanced degree and recognized HR certification (e.g. SHRM CIPD).
- Standard office environment.
