Position: Technical Project Manager
Location: Richmond VA 23227
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
- The client is looking for a Technical Project/ Technical program Manager to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in clients location.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Front end and backend development technologies.
- The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.
Responsibilities
Program Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan outlining key milestones deliverables and dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the programs strategic objectives and align them with organizational goals.
- Create and communicate a clear vision for the software development program.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams including software developers quality assurance engineers and other supporting roles.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring their professional development.
Project Execution:
- Oversee the endtoend delivery of software development projects ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that projects are executed according to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Creating and managing Budgets
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders keeping them informed of project status risks and changes.
- Collaborate with product owners business analysts and other relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Proactively address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
- Work with resource managers to ensure the availability of skilled team members.
- Optimize resource utilization and make recommendations for additional resources when necessary.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain effective testing processes.
- Ensure that software products meet highquality standards and are thoroughly tested before release.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development life cycle.
- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.
Skills
- Proven experience in program management within the software development industry.
- Experience in Agile tools is preferred.
- (JIRA Confluence Agile Craft)
- Experience in Web and mobile development and cloud migration projects Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Requires 8 years IT experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or knowledge of and proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple releases in a time sensitive environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Project management experience in software development industry Experience in Agile tools Experience in Web and mobile development and cloud migration projects
