Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled UKG Pro Implementation Specialist with extensive experience in workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will have handson expertise in UKG Pro implementation configuration and integration. This role requires a deep understanding of HR payroll and workforce management principles along with the ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects focusing on modules such as Timekeeping Attendance & Accruals Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling.
- Design and implement workflows rules and policies to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions for complex workforce management needs.
- Integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to UKG Pro.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into UKG Pro configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure UKG Pro aligns with organizational objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs for endusers.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support implementations and configurations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Workforce Dimensions Implementation and Migrations.
- Expertise in Dell Boomi for integration development and support.
- Indepth knowledge of:
- Scheduling Timekeeping Analytics Global Time Off Accruals Attestation Activities and Devices.
- Configuring pay rules work rules laborlevel transfers adjustment rules wages exceptions holiday profiles and credit rules.
- Scheduling Timekeeping Analytics Global Time Off Accruals Attestation Activities and Devices.
- Strong technical development and support experience for interfaces using Dell Boomi.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming for interface development.
- Experience in designing and implementing workflows rules and policies within UKG Pro.
- Familiarity with translating business requirements into actionable UKG Pro configurations.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workforce management strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams.
