Job Title: Saas EHR Systems Analyst (Exp required with Cerner Millennium EHR)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications
- Database Management & Data Migration: Extensive experience with database management systems and data migration with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems particularly those involving complex integrations such as Cerner Millennium.
- Database Scripting: Proficiency in Oracle Microsoft SQL Server or similar database technologies. Adept at scripting for efficient data migration to SaaS platforms. Proficiency with Excel Word Visio and other spreadsheet tools.
- Business Analysis: Skilled in reviewing analyzing and evaluating user requirements and operational procedures to identify solutions that automate processes or enhance system functionality.
- Process Documentation: Expertise in documenting business process flows and standardizing existing and future process improvements. Experience in conducting data collection and meetings with subject matter experts to gain full system understanding.
- Data Specifications: Ability to prepare detailed specifications for data input/output processes.
- Analytical ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and logical problemsolving skills to resolve complex datarelated issues.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills for creating project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Proven ability to support diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights applying them strategically within the organization.
- Architectural Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of architectural concepts principles and tools relevant to infrastructure information systems applications and organizational structure.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS EHR Systems & Cloud Data Migrations: Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloudbased data migrations.
- Project Framework Experience: Familiarity with the Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
- Software Architecture Expertise: Understanding of existing and planned software technology as well as global regional and local software architecture components.
- Regulatory Compliance: Experience in regulatory compliance and data security particularly in healthcarerelated data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Database & Data Migration: Lead and execute complex data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and integrity when transitioning to SaaS EHR systems.
- Business Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document user requirements. Propose solutions that enhance system functionality and align with business objectives.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain standardized process documentation conducting workshops and interviews with subject matter experts for accurate process mapping.
- Data Flow Specifications: Define and maintain detailed data input/output specifications for streamlined integration with healthcare systems.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot complex datarelated issues providing timely and effective solutions using a robust problemsolving approach.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between technical teams business units and senior management preparing clear and concise reports presentations and documentation.
- Project Documentation: Ensure compliance with organizational documentation standards and maintain alignment with industry best practices.
- Trend Analysis & Strategy: Monitor IT industry trends incorporating relevant insights into the organizations data migration strategies and system enhancements.
- System Architecture Guidance: Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure solutions align with organizational infrastructure and system architecture principles.
