Job Title: Architect

Contract to Hire Position
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead and Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java SpringBoot Angular React AWS and Web Services. As the Team Lead and Architect you will be responsible for designing developing and leading technical projects ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and engineers providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and architect scalable robust and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain highquality code using Java SpringBoot Angular and React.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions on AWS.
- Develop and integrate Web Services to enhance application functionality.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Architect in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java SpringBoot Angular and React.
- Handson experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Expertise in developing and consuming Web Services (REST SOAP).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other frontend frameworks and libraries.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
