Job Description
- Devise and implement strategies to engage all stakeholders in the Transformation program
- Lead communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives with creativity and efficiency
- Continuously assess and refine communication strategies for maximum impact
- Guide crossfunctional teams in addressing strategic communication and change management challenges
- Provide expert consultation to senior management on communication strategies
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with standards and approval processes
- Manage the stakeholder engagement plan to foster alignment sponsorship and active participation
- Craft compelling communication messages to promote technology initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and stakeholder engagement
- Apply best practices in project communications and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain meticulous project documentation
- Bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of handson experience in OCM transformational communications in a consulting role
- Proven track record in IT project implementations ideally with SAP supporting the PMO
- Exceptional project management analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Certification in Change Management and a Bachelors Degree in business change or a related field
- Strong professional references
- Availability to work onsite MF 85 (relocation not offered)
