The Opportunity:
Our Client is seeking a senior level associate to join our International Trade Commission Section 337 Litigation and Trade Remedies Practice Group in our Washington DC office. Interested candidates must be selfstarters and possess a high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience and superb research writing and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in regulatory trade issues either in the government or private sector. Candidates should also have experience with export controls and economic sanctions and strategic competition and supply chain issues. Industry sectors of interest include manufacturing critical minerals and materials and energy.
The Firm is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required.

Compensation: Salary will range between $annually depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
