- B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with structural design for greenhouses preferred
- Proficient in RISA3D RAM CASTA or similar engineering software
- Strong analytical skills multitasking abilities and project management experience
- Effective communicator with team collaboration and conflict resolution skills
