Job Description
Responsible for project delivery.
- Support the respective team leadership with the following:
- MEP project delivery (Middle East project experience is must)
- Client satisfaction
- Job profitability
- Project quality
- Technical content of projects
- QAQC of projects
Have an in depth understanding of respective discipline and understand MEP services.
- Able to lead MEP delivery on medium to large scale projects.
- Be responsible for overseeing review of projects under respective leadership.
- Responsible for checking work authored.
- Supporting the team lead with the management of respective team to effectively manage resources to meet project demands ensuring optimal utilization of team members.
- Responsible for mentoring senior engineers.
- Motivate respective team members and foster a positive approach to project delivery.
- Responsible for commercial performance of projects under respective leadership.
