Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd specializes in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas we guide you through professional registration job placement visa and employment permit processing. We are hiring Basic or Senior Speech and Language Therapist for a private hospital in Dublin.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying speech language communication and swallowing abnormalities through evaluations.
  • Creating and carrying out customized treatment programs in light of evaluation findings.
  • Delivering evidencebased treatment sessions to clients in both group and oneonone settings.
  • Assessing tracking and recording the development of clients and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
  • Coordinating with caregivers families and other medical specialists to guarantee comprehensive and dependable care.
  • Taking part in professional development exercises training workshops and team meetings
  • Be capable of making clinical judgments after evaluating complicated cases.
  • Plan and execute evaluation treatment and intervention programs in accordance with regional policies and directives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland.
  • Dysphagia qualification to an accredited level by IASLT or an equivalent level.
  • Minimum of 2 years fulltime postqualification clinical experience working with adults.
  • At least 1 year experience working with adults with acquired disorders.
  • Clinical proficiency in the assessment and treatment of adults with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Strong understanding of evidencebased therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patientcentered approach to therapy.
