Verify credentials of visitors, employees, and contractors.
Maintain a log of persons entering and exiting the premises.
Surveillance
Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to identify unusual activities or potential threats.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the property is secure.
Inspect areas for suspicious objects, damage, or breaches.
Emergency Response
Act promptly during emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
Assist in evacuations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Notify relevant authorities (police, fire department, medical services) as necessary.
Property Protection
Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Ensure the safety of assets, equipment, and personnel on-site.
Report damage or loss of property promptly.
Incident Reporting
Document incidents, observations, and security breaches in detailed reports.
Provide accurate and timely reports to management or supervisors.
Maintain records of daily activities and irregularities.
Customer Assistance
Provide assistance to visitors and employees, such as giving directions or helping with minor issues.
Handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Ensure a friendly and approachable demeanor while maintaining vigilance.
Enforcing Rules and Regulations
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor employee and visitor behavior to prevent rule violations.
Address and de-escalate conflicts or disturbances diplomatically.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
Vigilance: Ability to observe surroundings and identify potential risks.
Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with people and preparing reports.
Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with operating security systems, alarms, and CCTV.
