YOUR IMPACT IN THIS ROLE:
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure each guest receives attentive and friendly service creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Your focus on hospitality will enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant during shifts managing staff assignments and resolving any issues that arise. Your oversight will ensure efficiency and a consistent service standard.
Support and Train Team: Assist in training and guiding restaurant staff to uphold service excellence and operational standards. Your mentorship will contribute to a motivated and skilled team.
Handle Guest Feedback: Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally turning potential issues into positive outcomes. Your responsive approach will enhance the guest experience and uphold the hotels commitment to excellence.
About Us
