Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Manager Coffee to join our marketing team and manage the relevant brand on a local level within the Global Category/ Brand guidelines set developing and implementing effective activations.
The Brand Manager role is responsible for supporting entire list of marketing activities in Romania is reporting to the Category Manager.
This position in located in Bucharest.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Codefine growth strategies and longterm plans leveraging consumer insights and driving corresponding marketing programs for assigned category/ brand within Global guidance.
- Develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launches and consumer campaigns) following market trends and presenting creative ideas to make relevant consumer campaigns in ATL and/ or BTL.
- Work with Category HQ team to export local insights and import best central solutions translated to local environment.
- Manage local product range and coordinate NPDs launches.
- Partner with all stakeholders (creative digital and media agencies other functions) to drive the most efficient plans development and execution.
- Create consumer centric growth initiatives conduct analyses of multiple sources of data (also competition) compiling local knowledge and key market insight.
- Build and execute budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains.

For this role were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about marketing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in developing and executing brand activations working with big or global brands is a plus
- Creative and resultsoriented having solid knowledge of commercial side of brand business
- Proven track record of setting and driving brand agenda resulting in brand KPIs growth
- Experience in product development building and execution of advertising campaigns and working with Nielsen data
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with market and consumer data and developing consumer centric initiatives
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- University degree preferably in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics
- Selfdriven proactive and capable to find nonstandard solutions and think out of the box
- Strong personal leadership pursues opportunities and loves to inspire others
