Job Description
As a Store Manager you will lead the team to drive sales maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer service. By meeting and exceeding KPIs upholding company standards and following guidelines you will ensure the store operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding service to maintain customer loyalty.
- Address inquiries and complaints promptly ensuring effective resolutions.
- Foster consistency within the team to deliver toptier service.
- Utilize and understand the Customer Service Measurement Program (Observation Checklist).
Sales:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Use Oracle reports (Wall Sales Branch Review Top Sales etc.) to inform sales decisions.
- Leverage instore devices to expand product offerings.
- Analyze the Trade Review Report to optimize foot traffic transaction values and conversion rates.
Visual Merchandising:
- Implement weekly visual briefs to maintain high visual standards instore.
- Use creative visual techniques to attract engage and motivate customers.
- Ensure advertised and new products are prominently displayed in appropriate locations.
- Update mannequins displays and windows according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Training & Development:
- Support team growth by identifying and developing talent.
- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor team progression and ensure completion of required EAssessments.
