Job Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hourly pay range from $49 $59
- 8hour day shift schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic echocardiography exams to evaluate heart structure and function.
- Analyze and interpret echocardiographic images to assist in diagnosing cardiac conditions.
- Prepare and position patients for echocardiographic procedures.
- Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Document and communicate findings to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure patient comfort during exams.
Qualifications:
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
- Current and active RDCS certification with a focus on Adult Echocardiography.
- Extensive knowledge of echocardiography techniques and cardiac imaging.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Flexibility with 8hour or 12hour day/mid shift schedules.
