Responsibilities
- Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams.
- Define goals deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium to highcomplexity projects within a program.
- Create an accountability matrix for your projects.
- Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion.
- Identify potential risks for the successful completion of your projects.
- Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones.
- Lead crossfunctional coordination meetings to review progress and risks.
- Comprehend the financial plan for multiple project implementation.
- Identify internal stakeholders for their own area of work and engage periodically.
- Build strong relationships within the immediate working group.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in onetoone/stakeholder meetings involving one or two teams.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services.
Qualifications
- 24 years of relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
