Role Overview:
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at JAR you will take charge of our brand marketing strategy and execute consumer campaigns that increase awareness acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Business Finance Analytics Tech and Marketing to create impactful multichannel campaigns that elevate our brand.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Voice: Lead the brand and communications strategy to drive awareness salience and affinity creating a brand voice that resonates with customers and fuels growth.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of 360degree campaigns across channels like outofhome print radio social digital PR and owned channels.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Define and implement effective social media and content strategies measuring their success to increase brand awareness and customer adoption.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product PR Legal Finance) and external partners (marketing agencies affiliates) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Brand Consistency & Messaging: Drive brand consistency across marketing assets and develop messaging strategies for key target segments.
- Performance Tracking: Own campaign metrics track progress assess effectiveness and present insights to senior leadership.
- Budget Management: Manage and forecast traditional digital and social marketing budgets ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Innovation & Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in digital and mobile marketing continuously testing and evaluating new strategies to enhance campaign impact.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5 years) in brand marketing campaign management or similar roles with a track record of developing and executing successful consumer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to balance analytical insights with creative strategies ensuring each informs the other.
- Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment with a strong bias for action and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
- Familiarity with multichannel media strategies and endtoend campaign management from brief to measurement.
