ABOUT THE ROLE
The firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. The position offers flexibility and is tailored to accommodate candidates ranging from experienced Junior Associates to accomplished Senior Trial Attorneys. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defending individuals and companies in tort claim lawsuits managing cases from initial investigation through trial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Representing clients in insurance defense litigation matters primarily involving thirdparty tort claims.
- Handle all aspects of the legal process including initial investigation discovery motions and trial preparation.
- Serve as second chair attorney on litigated matters with the opportunity for greater responsibility based on experience.
- Collaborate with clients insurers and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
- Provide highquality legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Colorado or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
