Position: Back Office Officer
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Working schedule: shift rotation from Monday to Sunday no night shifts!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and reviewing deposits and withdrawals ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for payments to meet regulatory standards
- Addressing and resolving both internal and external inquiries related to payment transactions
- Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes systems and controls
- Supporting the auditing and reconciliation of payment transactions to maintain financial integrity
- Responding promptly to client emails regarding paymentrelated queries
- Handling paymentrelated questions and issues efficiently and professionally
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree from a recognized college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good overall computer skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Must have the legal right to work in Cyprus
- Shift rotation: Monday to Friday 07 AM 04 PM 09 AM 06 PM; Saturday: 12 PM 08 PM; Sunday: 04 PM 12 AM (midnight).
