1. Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding procedures for new employees ensuring compliance with standards and completeness of documentation.
- Manage and maintain employee attendance records to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct probationary evaluations for new employees oversee biannual performance reviews and handle employee information updates and changes.
2. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cleaning services to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Arrange employee lunches ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Organize employee shuttle services to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage administrative supply inventory conduct regular stock checks and replenish as needed.
3. Other Responsibilities:
Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
