Job Description
Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Experience Level: 4 years
Location: Hafeezpet
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Payroll operations specifically with exposure to US or Canadian payroll processes.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in PeopleSoft payroll tools is mandatory.
- Team Handling: Prior experience in managing or mentoring teams is a strong advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Indepth knowledge of payroll processes tax regulations and compliance for US/Canada.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadlinedriven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll setups.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
