Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our international portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial markets investment funds and trade combined with a deep understanding of global business landscapes. This role demands fluency in English and Portuguese with Chinese as a plus and requires an entrepreneurial mindset to explore and develop new opportunities in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors stakeholders and partners.
- Drive commercial strategies to promote investment in hospitality trade and other sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and partners showcasing investment opportunities.
Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct indepth research on market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
- Identify and assess potential opportunities in financial markets hotel investments and migrationlinked funds.
- Develop actionable strategies to enter and expand into new markets.
- Monitor and adapt to changing economic regulatory and trade conditions in various regions.
Investment and Trade Initiatives
- Leverage expertise in investment funds and financial markets to attract capital.
- Explore trade and investment opportunities particularly in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
- Support initiatives related to migrationlinked investment programs such as the Golden Visa.
- Provide strategic advice on crossborder investments and international trade deals.
CrossCultural Collaboration
- Work effectively with teams across multiple regions to coordinate business initiatives.
- Build partnerships with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Represent the company at international events conferences and trade shows.
Requisitos
Education and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in business development financial markets or investment funds.
- Experience in hospitality investments migrationlinked funds or international trade is a strong plus.
Skills and Expertise
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets investment funds and international business environments.
- Proven track record in sales and developing international commercial relationships.
