Process Technician
A leader in plastic injection molding is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician.
Located in the greater Ann Arbor MI area this is an established but growing enterprise providing world class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins across multiple industries. We engineer innovative ideas for todays complex design and manufacturing issues.
This position will report to the Plant Manager and is a vital part of the injection molding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of successful injection mold processing experience in a manufacturing environment. The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing improving and adjusting the molding machine processes to maximize cost quality and throughput of molding operations by establishing process control guidelines. Candidates must be knowledgeable in trouble shooting molding processes to maintain consistent quality output.

Qualifications:
- 3 or more years Handson processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment
- Mold design best practices experience is required.
- Large part injection molding experience is ideal
- Light maintenance experience is needed
- Ability to maintain regular predictable and punctual attendance.
- Computer usage and typing skills are essential experience with Microsoft Suite a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
