What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of clinical leadership excellence demonstrated through improved patient outcomes
- Experience developing and implementing evidencebased clinical protocols
- Strong background in building collaborative relationships across healthcare teams
- Proven success in healthcare budget management and resource optimization
- Masters Degree with Bachelor of Science in Nursing foundation
- 10 years of RN experience with 5 years specifically in OB or NICU
- 5 years of clinical management experience
- Experience with unionized workforce preferred
