- POSITION: Clinical Director OB & NICU
- LOCATION: Marquette MI
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: ONSITE

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead strategic transformation of OB & NICU departments implementing evidencebased practices that enhance patient outcomes and family experiences
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing clinical workflows resource utilization and quality metrics
- Build and mentor highperforming teams through innovative leadership and professional development initiatives
- Spearhead quality improvement projects that advance maternal and neonatal care standards
- Manage department resources and budgets to ensure sustainable highquality care delivery
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of clinical leadership excellence demonstrated through improved patient outcomes
- Experience developing and implementing evidencebased clinical protocols
- Strong background in building collaborative relationships across healthcare teams
- Proven success in healthcare budget management and resource optimization
- Masters Degree with Bachelor of Science in Nursing foundation
- 10 years of RN experience with 5 years specifically in OB or NICU
- 5 years of clinical management experience
- Experience with unionized workforce preferred
