Your Impact & Contributions:

  • Lead strategic transformation of OB & NICU departments implementing evidencebased practices that enhance patient outcomes and family experiences
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing clinical workflows resource utilization and quality metrics
  • Build and mentor highperforming teams through innovative leadership and professional development initiatives
  • Spearhead quality improvement projects that advance maternal and neonatal care standards
  • Manage department resources and budgets to ensure sustainable highquality care delivery

What You Bring to Succeed:

  • Track record of clinical leadership excellence demonstrated through improved patient outcomes
  • Experience developing and implementing evidencebased clinical protocols
  • Strong background in building collaborative relationships across healthcare teams
  • Proven success in healthcare budget management and resource optimization
  • Masters Degree with Bachelor of Science in Nursing foundation
  • 10 years of RN experience with 5 years specifically in OB or NICU
  • 5 years of clinical management experience
  • Experience with unionized workforce preferred
